Education Support Staff
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lessons and managing the learning environment.
- Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and provide support tailored to their needs.
- Help prepare classroom materials, resources, and displays.
- Support students with special educational needs, including providing one-on-one attention as needed.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch, recess, or field trips.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student's learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
