The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities, assisting with lesson preparation, and helping students thrive academically and socially. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Provide additional support to students who need extra help, both in and outside the classroom.
- Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
- Help prepare educational materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Work closely with teachers and parents to support pupils academic and personal development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, following the UK curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning and development.
- A team player who is adaptable and able to respond to changing needs within the classroom.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
- An understanding of child development and different learning needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
