Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of primary school year groups.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school, ensuring that pupils receive engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain consistency and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Provide feedback to the school on the progress of students and any challenges that arise.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in primary education (preferred).
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with pupils and staff quickly.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards work.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £49.50, plus an annual subscription fee of £16 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
