Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Yeovil, Somerset
Contract Type: Full-time
Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Primary School Teacher. You will work alongside other teachers and teaching assistants to ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, track, and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or English as an additional language (EAL).
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging students to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, resources, and strategies.
- Promote the school’s ethos, policies, and values both inside and outside the classroom.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching at primary school level (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2).
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
- Experience with SEN or EAL students is desirable but not essential.

- Have a Enhanced Child DBS and be on the update service.
