Job Title: Primary Teacher

Job Location: BA20

Job Type: Full time

Job Pay: £ 500 - £700 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, dynamic lessons tailored to the curriculum and individual student needs.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Implement effective strategies for improving student learning outcomes.
  • Create a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
  • Provide additional support to students who require help with their learning.
  • Promote the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and leadership to ensure a holistic educational experience.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs, and school events.
  • Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide regular updates on student progress and be available for parent-teacher meetings.
  • Professional Development:
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with teaching best practices.
  • Contribute to the broader school community through participation in extracurricular activities.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree and teaching certification (e.g., QTS in the UK).
  • Proven experience in teaching the specified subject at the appropriate level.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience:
  • Experience teaching in a similar educational setting is preferred but not always required.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable personality.
  • A commitment to the ethos and values of the school.
