Position: Primary Teacher
Area: SP4, Salisbury
Pay: £500 – £700 per week
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to children in ensuring that all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to providing a creative, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of all students.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Assess and monitor the progress of pupils, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and other colleagues to ensure the success of all children.
- Support the social, emotional, and personal development of children, helping them to grow in confidence and independence.
- Maintain a high standard of classroom management, using positive strategies to promote good behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child’s progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
- Contribute to the school’s ethos and values, promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices.
- Experience in teaching in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential for NQTs).
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A creative, innovative approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
