Job description

Job Title: Early Years/ Reception Teacher

Location: Salisbury

Working: Full Time

Salary: £500 - £700 per week

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience within a primary setting, preferably Early Years
  • Show good knowledge about the EYFS
  • A passion to deliver creating and engaging activities
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Committed to creating a nurturing and thriving environment
  • Be able to plan effectively and ensure all abilities and needs are considered
  • Clear knowledge on safeguarding and be able to recognise signs and symptoms

Other Skills:

  • Fast thinking and the ability to work in a fast pace changing environment
  • Support other staff within the classroom
  • Delegate responsibilities.
  • Confidently communicate with pupils, staff and parents on a daily basis
  • Understand and support pupils transitioning from early years settings.
