Job Title: Supply Teachers (Part-Time & Full-Time) – Dorset Area
Location: Dorset, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, West Moors and Christchurch.
Position Type: Flexible – Part-Time & Full-Time Vacancies
Salary: Competitive rates of pay (£500-£700)

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and work across a variety of schools in the beautiful Dorset area. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, we offer flexible placements to suit your needs.
As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse range of classrooms, bringing your expertise and passion for teaching to students of all ages. We are looking for individuals who can step into different educational settings, maintain a high standard of teaching, and support pupils’ learning, all while enjoying the variety and flexibility of supply work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in a variety of subjects and key stages
- Ensuring students' safety and well-being in a supportive environment
- Maintaining classroom discipline and managing behavior
- Providing feedback on student progress where required
- Supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Ensuring that school policies and procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working in a classroom setting (primary, secondary, or both)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- A positive attitude and commitment to inspiring students
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
