Job description

Primary Supply Teacher – Newcastle

Are you a dedicated and adaptable primary teacher looking for a flexible work-life balance while inspiring young minds?

We are seeking passionate Primary Supply Teachers to join our network of schools across Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, create a positive learning environment, and support pupils' academic development in line with school policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2, following the national curriculum (with the option to specify preferred year groups).
  • Adapt seamlessly to different school environments and classroom settings.
  • Maintain effective classroom management to foster a safe and productive learning space.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary schools (preferred, but Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply).
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting pupil development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
