About the Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you’ll be pivotal in helping students navigate an important phase of their primary education. You’ll focus on fostering curiosity, independence, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and translate it into engaging, impactful lessons.
  • Plan collaboratively with your team to ensure consistency and high-quality learning across the year group.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
  • Work closely with staff, students, and parents to promote student success.
  • Track and assess pupil progress, using data to inform and adapt teaching strategies.
