About the Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in guiding students through a crucial year of their primary journey, fostering their curiosity and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting each student’s progress
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development and success
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong passion for teaching at the primary level
- Strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare (DBS clearance required)
