Primary Teacher
Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
Teaching Personnel require fully qualified Teachers who are looking for part-time roles in the Chichester area. We pride ourselves on being able to offer you the opportunities you are looking for. This is an appeal for those educators who are looking for sporadic part-time work, for 1-2 days a week as well as full-time work. Often, part-time availability is based against studies, other commitments, or other sources of income or simply a desire to reduce your workload and we are happy to be able to help.
Only looking for occasional work? Reach out now!
Not everyone wants to work full-time, and often do not realise that we need full-time and ad hoc supply staff in equal measure. A typical week of bookings for us consists of many ‘on the day’, emergency cover requests and as such we need more staff who are looking for this. Long-term positions often connote a need for marking, planning & stakeholder communication and TP understand that many qualified educators approach us because they are tired of these responsibilities – Therefore this is an ideal role as it focusses only on Teaching.
Plan your work around your week!
Additionally, we do often receive prior notice even for short bookings so individuals looking for occasional work do not need to feel they must therefore always be ready. Communication with our staff is the cornerstone to effective results, by working closely with your consultant, we promise to marry your availability and requirements against real, live opportunities only.
The ideal candidate:
- Will hold QTS.
- Have a current DBS (or be willing to apply for one)
- Be available on a Part-time/ full-time basis from a morning a week to full-time.
- Have experience of the current KS1 or KS2 curriculum.
- Can offer flexible work available at present and from September 2021.
If you would be interested in the above, or to find out more information, please send a copy of your CV to amelia.sewell@teachingpersonnel.com or apply via the details provided.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see teachingpersonnel.com/faqs for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
