Position: Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Dorset & Bournemouth, UK
Type: Flexible, Supply

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Supply Primary Teacher to join our pool of educators in the Dorset & Bournemouth area. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking flexible work, whether you're looking for short-term, long-term,or day-to-day supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across a variety of primary school subjects.

  • Adapt lesson plans according to the specific needs of the class and school environment.

  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with other staff and school leadership as required to maintain continuity of education.

  • Monitor and assess student progress where appropriate, providing feedback to students and staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching in primary education (Key Stage 1 & 2).

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching with a passion for nurturing young learners.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently and manage classrooms effectively.

  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
