Job Title: Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Dorset (Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you a passionate and adaptable primary teacher looking for flexible work opportunities in the Dorset area? We are currently recruiting supply teachers to work across primary schools in Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across various primary key stages

  • Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings

  • Follow school policies and maintain a positive learning atmosphere

  • Provide continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher

  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive environment

  • Build positive relationships with students and staff

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching in primary education (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)

  • Strong classroom management and adaptability skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
