Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

-Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

-Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both children and parents.

-Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to create enriching learning experiences.

-Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

-Effectively managing behaviour in the classroom and following the schools behaviour policies

-Ensuring safeguarding of children

The Ideal Candidate:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

-Experience teaching in a primary school setting (preferred but not essential).

-A passion for working with children and inspiring young minds.

-Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.

-A proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to teaching.

-Commitment to continuous professional development.

-Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum

-Be passionate about delivering engaging and high-quality lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
