Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Birmingham and Solihull
Job Type: Temporary, Part-time (Supply)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

As a vibrant school, we are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our team on a supply basis to ensure the smooth running of classes when our regular teachers are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior in a positive and proactive manner.
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
- Adapt lessons to suit students’ needs and abilities.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure continuity of education.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous teaching experience in KS1 and 2 is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in different teaching environments.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this if required).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
