Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Manage classroom behavior in a positive and proactive manner.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
• Adapt lessons to suit students’ needs and abilities.
• Communicate effectively with staff and students, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Follow the school's policies and procedures to ensure continuity of education.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous teaching experience in KS1 and 2 is desirable.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in different teaching environments.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this if required).
