The Role Includes:

• Teaching a vibrant and engaging primary curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Using your SEN expertise to support children with additional needs, ensuring every child achieves their potential.
• Leading and inspiring colleagues in a subject area, driving innovation and best practices.
• Collaborating with staff and parents to create a supportive learning environment for all students.
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging content through creative lesson planning. 

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are warmly welcomed to apply!
✔ A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and strategies, particularly in SEN.
✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
