Part-Time Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher needed from Easter

Location: Cambridge (CB2)
Position: Part-Time Lower Key Stage 2 Teacher (3 days a week with PPA included)
Start Date: 22nd April 2025

Are you a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and caring Lower Key Stage 2 (LKS2) Teacher to join our vibrant school community.

Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will play an essential role in shaping young minds and nurturing the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students. You will work alongside a supportive and collaborative team of educators to deliver exciting and engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for LKS2 students.

-          Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure each child achieves their best.

-          Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

-          Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

-          Contribute to school-wide activities and events.

-          Use PPA effectively to create a wide range of interesting and exciting lessons and to track and monitor student data

 

You will need to have:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

-          Experience teaching LKS2 (desirable but not essential).

-          A genuine passion for working with young children.

-          Strong communication and classroom management skills.

-          A commitment to supporting every child’s individual needs and development.
