Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to support students in a nurturing school environment in Nailsea. The Role

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with SEN children is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
  • Adaptability: The ability to respond calmly and positively to challenging behaviors.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • Qualifications: You don’t need any qualifications, but they are welcomed as it gives you more options of role and will increase your pay

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
