Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to support students in a nurturing school environment in Nailsea. The Role

As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with students who have Special Education Needs
• Provide individualized support to help children achieve their learning and personal development goals.

• Support the emotional well-being of students, helping them build confidence and resilience.

• Location: East/ South of Bristol (and all over Bristol)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: £84 - £100/ day
• Hours: Full-time or Part-Time

• Experience: Previous experience working with SEN children is highly desirable but not essential.
• Passion: A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
• Adaptability: The ability to respond calmly and positively to challenging behaviors.
• Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
• Qualifications: You don’t need any qualifications, but they are welcomed as it gives you more options of role and will increase your pay
