Position: Primary SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas

Are you passionate about supporting primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is looking for Primary SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Plymouth, helping children with additional needs thrive in their learning environments.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have experience supporting children with special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or physical disabilities
  • Be patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping children succeed
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in different school settings
  • Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role is beneficial
  • Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, are advantageous but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
