Primary Phase Leader

A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Phase Leader to join the permanent staff of a large and thriving secondary school in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to make a meaningful impact in a well-established educational setting.
The Role
The Primary Phase Leader will play a key role in the development and leadership of the primary phase within the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. This role requires a dynamic and innovative individual with the ability to inspire staff and students alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the primary phase curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding classroom practice.
- Drive progress and attainment through effective assessment and intervention strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the school’s wider strategic vision.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant primary teaching experience.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a primary setting.
- A strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to raising attainment and fostering a love of learning.
- The ability to inspire and lead a team with enthusiasm and dedication.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
