A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Phase Leader to join the permanent staff of a large and thriving secondary school in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. The Role

The Primary Phase Leader will play a key role in the development and leadership of the primary phase within the school, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. This role requires a dynamic and innovative individual with the ability to inspire staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the primary phase curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Support and mentor staff to deliver outstanding classroom practice.
• Drive progress and attainment through effective assessment and intervention strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to the school’s wider strategic vision.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant primary teaching experience.
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a primary setting.
• A strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to raising attainment and fostering a love of learning.
• The ability to inspire and lead a team with enthusiasm and dedication.
