SEN Support Assistant
Do you have experience working with and supporting individuals with autism? Are you looking for part time hours working within a school? If this is the case, then we might have something just for you!
A fantastic school in the Wisbech area is looking for a support assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with an ASC student after February Half-term. The hours of work are within school hours but finish at 1:30pm.
You will be expected to:
- Be patient and professional when supporting the pupil
- Have training/previous experience supporting pupils with Autism
- Have your own transport in order to get to and from the school
- Autism Awareness training would be beneficial but is not essential
- Be able to work from 8:30-13:30 – 5 days a week
The pupil will require a professional level of 1:1 support during the hours presented, and it is with your help that they will be able to progress and develop their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
