Job description

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Newly Qualified Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to start your teaching career?

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with various schools located across Macclesfield, who are seeking Newly Qualified Teachers for KS1 pupils. They are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join their welcoming and supportive team.

The role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet all students needs
  • Create a positive and interactive classroom environment
  • Monitor and assess students academic progress and development
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the schools behaviour policies are followed
  • Strong communication with parents/carers to provide updates on students

What we are looking for:

  • QTS/QTLS
  • Experience within a primary school setting is essential for this role
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Safeguarding training (this must be done upon registering with Teaching Personnel)

To be considered for this role, applicants must have an enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
