Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary Teacher to join a school located in Ellesmere Port. The school is in a great location with exscellent transport links to Chester. The role:

As a Primary Teacher, you would be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons, ensuring you are following the national curriculum. You will be working in a classroom with a mix of abilities, therefore must have the ability to cater work to all students and adapt your ways of teaching for a variety of learners. You will also be involved in a promoting positive behaviour, working closely with parents/carers to update them on student’s academic progress and development.

What we are looking for:

  • A QTS with experience in primary education
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
  • Enthusiasm to engage with the school’s wider community

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
