Job description

HLTAs required – Windsor and Slough primary schools.

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint multiple experienced, flexible and highly-motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our dedicated team. The role involves supporting children with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and teaching across the primary curriculum as the need arises. We are working with a number of schools in the Windsor and Slough areas that are seeking a HLTA on a long-term basis.

 

The successful candidates will have:

• Recent successful experience of teaching in UK primary schools.

• A passion for working with children and having a positive impact on their lives.

Confidence and flexibility to cover classes when necessary.

• Excellent positive behaviour management skills.

• A positive attitude and able to adapt to the demands of the role.

• The ability to form and sustain positive relationships with all children.

• The ability to evaluate pupils' progress and adapt plans when necessary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
