We are a reputable teaching personnel agency looking for motivated and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in a range of primary and secondary schools across Maidenhead and Slough. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to classes of varying sizes and abilities, following school guidelines and lesson plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning for pupils.
  • Provide feedback to the school's regular teaching staff regarding student performance and any issues encountered during the day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience working within primary or secondary schools (placement experience accepted for NQTs).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work on short notice.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and contributing to the academic and personal growth of students.

Requirements:

  • Valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Two professional references.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
