Are you a passionate and adaptable primary school teacher looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in East Lancashire, covering a range of year groups and subjects.

About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Adapt to different school environments, quickly building rapport with pupils and staff.
  • Provide engaging and effective lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and/or Key Stage 2.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage the classroom effectively, ensuring that all pupils remain engaged and on task.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school or use your expertise to create and deliver appropriate lessons when required.

About You

We are looking for teachers who are:

  • Qualified to teach in primary schools (QTS or equivalent).
  • Experienced in delivering lessons across the primary age range.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school settings.
  • Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skills.
  • Passionate about education and committed to supporting children’s learning.
  • Available for short-term, long-term, or day-to-day assignments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
