£130 - £160 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time
- Follow the school's curriculum and provide support to students across various subjects
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in teaching primary school students
- Knowledge of the UK national curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Specialist training in a particular subject area
Working Conditions:
The PPA Teacher role is based in a primary school setting in Chorley, Lancashire. The position is part-time, with specific hours allocated for planning, preparation, and assessment. The teacher will work collaboratively with other staff members to support student learning and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
