Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans effectively
- Manage the classroom and ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Provide feedback on student progress to regular class teachers
- Engage students in the learning process and maintain discipline
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working in a similar role
- Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional training in special education or behaviour management
- Experience teaching in a diverse classroom setting
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a school setting, following school hours and term dates. The PPA Teacher may need to cover a variety of subjects and year groups based on the school's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
