We are working with a successful secondary school in Milton Keynes to recruit an ambitious and inspirational Subject Leader for Physics. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the Physics department in a school that has a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success.

About the Role:
As Subject Leader for Physics, you will:

• Lead the strategic development of the Physics curriculum, ensuring exceptional outcomes for all students.
• Inspire and support a team of dedicated educators within the department.
• Promote a love of Physics and science through engaging teaching and learning strategies.
• Use data effectively to monitor student progress and implement improvement plans.
• Play a key role in whole-school development and sustained improvement.
