About the Role
As a Pastoral Lead, you will play a key role in supporting students’ personal growth and well-being. You’ll take responsibility for the pastoral care of a specific year group, ensuring students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting positive behaviour, attendance, and student appearance.
- Recognizing and celebrating students' achievements and milestones.
- Acting as a vital link between students, parents, and the school.
- Fostering a supportive environment where students feel valued and respected.
