Are you passionate about supporting children’s education and making a real difference in their lives? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a part-time, day-to-day supply basis in SEN and primary schools.

About the Role

• Provide support to students in a variety of classroom settings.
• Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
• Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support learning needs.
• Adapt to the needs of different schools, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

• Experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
• An interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
