Location: SEN and Primary Schools across Bridgend
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Pay: From £83.85 per day
Are you passionate about supporting children’s education and making a real difference in their lives? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work on a part-time, day-to-day supply basis in SEN and primary schools.
About the Role
- Provide support to students in a variety of classroom settings.
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery.
- Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis to support learning needs.
- Adapt to the needs of different schools, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (preferred but not essential).
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
- An interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
