We are currently recruiting for Supply Teachers to work in primary schools across Bristol, offering flexible hours and competitive pay through our reputable recruitment agency. Whether you’re looking for full days, half days, or ad hoc work to fit around your schedule, we can offer a variety of assignments to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons in a variety of primary school settings, following the school's curriculum and guidelines.
  • Provide cover for planned and unplanned absences, including day-to-day or longer-term placements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a safe and productive environment.
  • Build rapport with students and staff, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity in learning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent experience teaching in primary schools (or equivalent experience).
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a professional attitude.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £38, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
