We are a trusted recruitment agency specializing in providing high-quality teaching staff to schools across North Bristol. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Supply Teacher to join our team and help meet the growing demand for supply cover across local schools.

Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Supply Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work in a variety of primary schools across North Bristol, covering both short-term and long-term absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring that students continue to make progress in a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach students across various subjects and year groups.
  • Follow lesson plans and deliver engaging lessons to students.
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, respectful learning environment.
  • Support students' academic and personal development.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and parents.
  • Adapt to different school environments and age groups.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and lesson plans.
  • Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £38, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
