About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and fully qualified P.E. Teacher to join our team and work in Liverpool schools until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to inspire and engage students in physical education, promoting health, fitness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic P.E. lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Encourage students to develop their physical skills, confidence, and teamwork
- Plan and assess lessons effectively to ensure pupil progress
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school sports events
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education
- Experience teaching P.E. at secondary school level
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (essential)
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student development
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
