Our team is dedicated to giving every child the best start in life, helping them learn, grow, and thrive.
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and leading exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Observing and documenting children's development and achievements
- Building strong relationships with children and parents, fostering trust and open communication
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting children’s emotional and social development, offering reassurance and encouragement when needed
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
- A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to implement it in an engaging way
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and supporting children's development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
