The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and develop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and leading exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Observing and documenting children's development and achievements
• Building strong relationships with children and parents, fostering trust and open communication
• Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting children’s emotional and social development, offering reassurance and encouragement when needed
• Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and engaging atmosphere

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
• A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how to implement it in an engaging way
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for early years education and supporting children's development
