Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) – Secondary Schools
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £166.32 per day
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible hours (Term-time only)
Start Date: Immediate and September starts available

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic and confident in the classroom, effectively engaging students.
- Proficient in classroom management, adept at handling various day-to-day situations.
- Dedicated to pupil development, committed to helping every student reach their full potential.
- Experienced in providing support to students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
- Familiar with the Welsh curriculum and its unique requirements.
- Skilled at building positive, professional relationships with both pupils and staff.
Requirements:
- Up-to-date CV
- Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Two teaching references
- Basic safeguarding training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
