About TP Tutors
At TP Tutors, we specialize in providing personalized tuition for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those who have been excluded from mainstream education as well as LAC pupils. Partnering with the Local Authority, we are committed to supporting these pupils to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.


Role Overview
We’re looking for passionate tutors to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one tuition for SEN and excluded pupils, creating customized learning plans to suit each student's unique needs. Your focus will be on fostering academic progress while building confidence and helping students overcome barriers to learning.


Key Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with each pupil planning and delivering sessions that are tailored to their individual requirements. You’ll also monitor their progress, adjusting your approach as necessary to ensure they stay on track.


What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have experience working with SEN pupils or those facing behavioural challenges, with a commitment to providing quality education to vulnerable students. While Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, relevant tutoring/teaching experience is also highly valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
