Job Title: Maths and English Tutor

Location:

South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality tutoring in Mathematics and English subjects
• Develop and implement customised lesson plans to meet individual student needs
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Mathematics and/or English
• Teaching or tutoring experience in the subject areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

Degree in Mathematics and/or English

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of Mathematics and English curriculum
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
• Proficiency in using educational technology and resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
