Job description

Modern Foreign Languages (Spanish and French) Teacher (Full-Time, Start April 2025)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a school in Salisbury from April 2025. This full-time position will involve teaching Spanish and French at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).

The successful candidate will have a strong command of both languages and be able to inspire students with a passion for language learning and cultural exploration. The ability to teach across the full MFL curriculum, including grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified MFL Teacher with experience teaching Spanish and French at KS3 and KS4.
  • Have a passion for language learning and a clear understanding of the benefits of bilingualism.
  • Be able to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
