As a Teaching Personnel MFL Teacher you’ll be required to deliver (and sometimes plan) engaging and informative lessons to students from year 7 upwards. It’s also important that you’re able to monitor performance in the classroom and provide feedback where necessary and help prepare students for exams.

The school are seeking an MFL Teacher who can inspire students, instil a sense of curiosity and exploration of foreign languages and create opportunities to deepen learning through cross-curricular links. You should be able to demonstrate your commitment to driving up standards, expectations, and aspirations, so that staff and students regularly experience success and a sense of progression, whilst acting as a role model for staff within the department.

Requirements
• Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) or relevant experience
• Proficiency in a language (Generally Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin) with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
• Passion for fostering language acquisition and cultural understanding
• Child only enhanced DBS
• Overseas police clearance certificate (If applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
