A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) School Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their exceptional team at their school in Rugby. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people with diverse learning needs.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and tailored Maths lessons to students with a range of SEN requirements. The role involves:
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Using creative teaching methods to engage and inspire students.
- Implementing strategies to support students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other learning needs.
- Collaborating with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic development.
- Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Maths, preferably within an SEN or inclusive education setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and a flexible approach to learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
