Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths teacher looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic teaching staff at a thriving school in Redditch.
About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and challenge students across a range of year groups, helping them to develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential. You will teach engaging and innovative lessons while fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3 and KS4).
- Encourage student participation and create a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to ensure improvement.
- Work closely with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable, but not essential.
