Maths Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Maths for a secondary school in Oldham, with a start date in January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Maths teacher to inspire and support students’ progress in mathematics.
Role Overview:
- Teach Maths across Key Stage 3 and 4 to students of varying abilities.
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with the Maths department to promote high standards of achievement and foster a positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Applications are encouraged from ECTs qualifying this year as well as unqualified teachers with a strong background in Maths.
- Passion for Maths and a commitment to supporting student success in the subject.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
