Maths Teachers – Flexible Roles & Long-Term Opportunities with Teaching Personnel

We are currently recruiting dedicated and knowledgeable Maths teachers to work across a variety of secondary schools in Northampton. With flexible day-to-day supply and more permanent positions available, you’ll have the freedom to choose a role that fits your schedule, preferences, and career goals.

At Teaching Personnel, we understand that every educator has different needs — that's why we offer flexible working options, allowing you to select the days you want to work. Prefer something more consistent? We also have a number of longer-term and full-time roles available for those looking for stability.

Salary is competitive and reflective of your qualifications, job responsibilities, and experience, ranging from £90 to £251 per day.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Maths teachers (QTS, QTLS, or equivalent)
  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths
  • A flexible, proactive attitude with good classroom management skills
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools (ideally 12 + months)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
