About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher with QTS, eager to make a meaningful impact?
We are offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a Maths Teacher to join our team starting 22nd April 2025 in New Milton.
As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 11 to 16 who are engaged in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) and Alternative Provision settings.
You will be responsible for delivering a tailored maths curriculum, ensuring that your lessons are accessible, engaging, and suit the individual needs of each student. Your role will be integral in helping students develop confidence and competence in their mathematical skills, with a strong emphasis on creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include creating personalised learning plans, managing classroom behaviour, and providing one-on-one support to help students succeed. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals, including teaching assistants and support staff, to ensure that each student receives the best possible education and care. The school provides a flexible and innovative approach to learning, allowing you to be creative in your teaching methods and deliver lessons in a way that best supports your students.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a qualified Maths Teacher with QTS who is passionate about teaching and has experience working with students in SEMH and Alternative Provision settings.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, patient, and committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning. Previous experience in an SEN or alternative provision setting is preferred, but not essential, as we offer full support and professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
