Position: Maths Teacher

Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: MPS/UPS + potential TLR for the right candidate
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving department in a school that prides itself on academic excellence and student success.
The Role:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 teaching available for suitable candidates).
- Planning and delivering creative lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Assessing, tracking, and monitoring student progress to ensure all learners reach their potential.
- Contributing to the wider school community and participating in department initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Have experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to student development.
- Have strong subject knowledge and a track record of raising attainment.
- Be eager to engage in CPD opportunities and career progression.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
