Job description

Head of Maths

Location: Bromley, London

Start Date: September 2024

Teaching Personnel's PWR team are looking for an inspirational and experienced Head of Maths to lead a high-achieving Maths department in a successful Bromley secondary school. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment in Maths, and a clear vision for the future development of the department. They will be passionate about their subject and committed to providing outstanding learning opportunities for all students.  

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)    
     
  • Have experience teaching Maths at KS3, KS4 and KS5    
     
  • Have experience leading and managing a team    
     
  • Be able to inspire and motivate both students and staff    
     
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Outer London Pay Scale + TLR
