Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join one of our esteemed secondary schools in the Leeds area. Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher who can inspire and engage students in the subject. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall success of the mathematics department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.

  • Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum and school community.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level within the UK.

  • A valid DBS check registered on the Update Service.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • A commitment to continuous professional development and educational excellence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
