Maths Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team at a vibrant secondary school in Hove from as soon as possible until the end of July 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking department.

Key Details:

• Contract: Temporary, starting immediately until July 2025
• Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Location: Secondary School, Hove
• Timetable: Majority Key Stage 3 (KS3), with a small number of shared Key Stage 4 (KS4) classes
• Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Mathematics
  • Experience in teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Strong commitment to marking and assessment, working alongside well-developed departmental schemes of work and supporting resources

As a Maths Teacher, you will be an integral part of a highly skilled department, collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality education and support for all students. Your role will involve delivering dynamic lessons, preparing students for success, and contributing to the wider school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
