Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A qualified Maths teacher with a strong foundation in Mathematics, ideally with experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).
• Enthusiasm for teaching: A passion for Mathematics and a desire to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys.
• Adaptable and inclusive: Able to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
